Dah Sing Banking Group Releases 2026 Interim Report and Moves to Fully Digital Shareholder Communications

Bulletin Express
09/21

Dah Sing Banking Group Limited announced that its 2026 Interim Report is now available in both English and Chinese on the Dah Sing Bank corporate website (www.dahsing.com) and the Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing (HKEX) website (www.hkexnews.hk). Printed copies have been dispatched only to shareholders who previously elected to receive hard-copy materials.

Effective immediately, the Group is transitioning to a fully electronic distribution model for all future corporate communications—including annual and interim reports, meeting notices, circulars and proxy forms—in line with Hong Kong’s Companies Ordinance and the Listing Rules. Physical or electronic copies will be supplied solely upon individual request.

Key points of the new arrangement: • No routine postal dispatch: The Group will cease sending printed corporate communications unless specifically requested. • No separate publication notices: Shareholders will no longer receive hard-copy or email alerts from the Group when new documents are posted online; investors are advised to subscribe to HKEX’s “News Alerts” service or inform their intermediaries to provide an email address for electronic notifications. • On-demand print service: Shareholders may obtain printed versions free of charge by contacting the Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, via post or email (dahsingbanking.ecom@computershare.com.hk). Requests can also be made at any time to change the preferred means of receipt. • Support channels: Enquiries can be directed to the registrar’s hotline at (+852) 2862 8688 during business hours.

The Board authorised the notice under the signature of Company Secretary Richard Tsung-Yung Li on 22 September 2026.
