On 16 February 2026, Lianlian DigiTech Co., Ltd. (stock code: 02598) disclosed that its issued shares (excluding treasury shares) stood at 442.54 million and treasury shares totaled 20.49 million prior to any changes. A total of 222,500 shares were issued at RMB 2.96 each under the 2021 Pre-IPO Share Option Scheme, and 262,500 shares at RMB 5.00 each under the 2023 Pre-IPO Share Option Scheme. On the same day, 301,000 shares were repurchased at a highest price of HKD 7.13 per share, with an aggregate consideration of HKD 2.12 million, and these repurchased shares were retained as treasury shares.

After these transactions, the number of issued shares (excluding treasury shares) rose to 442.72 million, and treasury shares reached 20.79 million, bringing the total number of shares to 463.51 million as at the close of 16 February 2026.
