Hongkong Land Holdings Limited said it bought back 450,000 of its own ordinary shares on Jul, 17 2026, paying between US$7.46 and US$7.65 per share at a weighted average price of US$7.5853.

Following the cancellation of the repurchased shares, the company’s issued share capital stands at 2,133,439,826 ordinary shares, each carrying one vote. Hongkong Land does not hold any treasury shares.
