The board of Bojun Education Company Limited released a notice on 21 May 2026 confirming that the English and Chinese versions of its 2026 Interim Report are now available on both the corporate website (www.bojuneducation.com) and HKEx’s website (www.hkexnews.hk).

Registered shareholders are encouraged to access the digital version to reduce paper use. Those who previously opted for hard copies will receive the printed report by mail at no cost.

Shareholders who experience difficulties with email notifications or online access can request printed documents by submitting the enclosed reply form to the company’s Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or via email at 1758-ecom@vistra.com.

The company underlined that maintaining a functional email address is the shareholder’s responsibility. Until an active address is provided, Bojun Education will send physical notices of publication and other actionable corporate communications.
