Jardine Matheson Holdings Limited said it bought back 50,000 ordinary shares on May, 28 2026 at a price of US$64.8691 per share.

The company will cancel all the repurchased shares.

After the cancellation, Jardine Matheson’s issued share capital consists of 294,793,676 ordinary shares, each carrying one vote. The company holds no treasury shares.

Shareholders may use the updated share count when determining notification obligations under the UK Financial Conduct Authority’s Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
