Sanyou Corporation Limited (300932.SZ) has released a preliminary plan for the issuance of convertible corporate bonds to unspecified targets, with the total amount of funds raised through this issuance not exceeding RMB 660 million (inclusive of that amount).

After deducting issuance expenses, the proceeds will be allocated to the following projects: a signal relay capacity expansion and industrialization construction project; a relay capacity expansion construction project for the photovoltaic, energy storage, and computing power sectors; a Vietnam production base construction project; a magnetic latching relay capacity expansion construction project; and a working capital supplement project.
