Top Glove Corporation Bhd (TOPGLOV) announced that Malaysia’s Kumpulan Wang Persaraan (Diperbadankan) (KWAP) acquired 1,247,500 ordinary shares on Jun, 19 2026 through open-market transactions executed by its fund manager.

Following the purchase, KWAP’s total interest in the glove maker rose to 534,930,550 shares, comprising 442,703,250 shares held directly (5.521 %) and 92,227,300 shares held indirectly (1.15 %).

The company received KWAP’s notice of the change on Jun, 22 2026.
