XPeng's Turing Chip Shipments Exceed 200,000 Units, Annual Target Nears One Million

XPeng Inc. released its financial results for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2025. In the fourth quarter of 2025, the company reported revenue of RMB 22.25 billion, representing a year-over-year increase of 38.2%. Net profit reached RMB 380 million, achieving profitability for the quarter.

During an earnings call, He Xiaopeng, Chairman and CEO of XPeng, stated that cumulative shipments of the Turing chip have surpassed 200,000 units. He projected that the transition to the chip across all models, including the Max versions, will be completed starting in the second quarter of this year. The annual shipment target for the chip is close to one million units.

The Turing chip, optimized alongside large AI models and compilers, delivers an approximate tenfold improvement in effective computing power. It is positioned to potentially become the leading high-computing power AI chip for device-side applications in China by shipment volume. Volkswagen Group is among the first partners for the open licensing of the Turing chip and the second-generation VLA platform.
