China Partytime (01532) announced its interim results for the six months ended June 30, 2025. The Group recorded revenue of HK$123 million, representing a decrease of 25.32% compared to the same period last year. The company's shareholders' attributable loss reached HK$43.904 million, compared to a profit of HK$0.768 million in the corresponding period of the previous year. Basic loss per share was 2.45 cents.
According to the announcement, for the six months ended June 30, 2025, 60.8% of the Group's total revenue (compared to 57.7% in 2024) was primarily derived from the CMS business. Revenue from the CMS business decreased from approximately RMB95 million to approximately RMB74.8 million, representing a decline of approximately 21.3%. The Group's revenue from the OBM business decreased from approximately RMB69.6 million to approximately RMB48.1 million, representing a decline of approximately 30.9%.
