Kanzhun Limited, the parent company of BOSS Zhipin, has released its 2025 financial report, revealing full-year revenue of 8.268 billion yuan and a net profit attributable to shareholders of 2.735 billion yuan. This translates to an average daily net profit of nearly 7.5 million yuan. The company's Chairman, Zhao Peng, received an annual compensation of 41.834 million yuan, a near five-fold increase compared to the previous year. Currently, the BOSS Zhipin platform is experiencing steady growth in both monthly active users and paying corporate clients, while its gross profit margin continues to rise. Zhao Peng, a graduate of Peking University's law school, has many years of experience in the talent services sector and is the architect behind the two major platforms: Kanzhun.com and BOSS Zhipin.
