Acrophyte Hospitality Trust announced on Apr, 23 2026 that its managers are still conducting a strategic review and are in discussions with its sponsor, Tang Organization, regarding a potential transaction involving the stapled securities.

The trust cautioned holders of its stapled securities that there is no certainty any deal will materialise. It will release further information in line with Singapore Exchange requirements if material developments arise.

Stapled securityholders were advised to exercise caution and consult professional advisers before dealing in the securities.
