According to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on February 2, a shareholder of LITIAN PICTURES (09958) transferred shares from KGI Asia to Futu Securities International (Hong Kong), with a portfolio value of HKD 3.81 million, accounting for 5.6% of the holding.

On January 14, LITIAN PICTURES announced that, after the trading session on January 14, 2026, the company proposed to place up to 72 million placement shares to no fewer than six placees through a placing agent, at a price of HKD 0.20 per share.

Assuming all placement shares are fully subscribed, the net proceeds are expected to be approximately HKD 14 million, which are intended to be used as the Group's general working capital.
