PW Medtech Group Limited announced that it bought back 2.20 million ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange between 29 June and 21 July 2026. The repurchased shares, intended for cancellation, represent approximately 0.15% of the company’s issued share capital as of the 26 June 2026 mandate date.
The most recent transaction, executed on 21 July 2026, involved 187,000 shares at HKD 1.05 each, for a total consideration of HKD 0.20 million. Including this trade, the cumulative repurchases under the current mandate now stand at 2.20 million shares.
Despite the buy-backs, PW Medtech’s issued share capital remains unchanged at 1.43 billion shares, as the repurchased stock had not yet been cancelled by the 21 July reporting date.
The company is authorised to repurchase up to 144.29 million shares under the shareholder mandate granted on 26 June 2026. After the latest transactions, approximately 98.5% of that limit is still available. In line with Hong Kong listing rules, PW Medtech is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares until 20 August 2026.
