During the same period, the total number of issued shares increased from 178,605,453 to 209,210,453. This net increase of 30,605,000 shares resulted from a placing and subscription at HKD 0.476 per share on 17 October 2025, carried out under an agreement dated 8 October 2025, with general meeting approval granted on 09 December 2024.
