China Everbright Water Limited (U9E) said on Apr, 13 2026 that it has amended portions of its FY2025 annual results and annual report to update figures for interested person transactions.

The company lowered the aggregate value of transactions with controlling shareholder China Everbright Environment Group to HK$201.59 million, or about 33.846 million Singapore dollars, from the HK$210.59 million previously reported. It also reclassified a finance cost of HK$1.03 million, or 0.172 million Singapore dollars, paid to China Everbright Bank as an interested person transaction under its general mandate.

All other information in the FY2025 financial statements remains unchanged, the company said.
