SE Asia PPT AGM: All Seven Resolutions Cleared, General Mandates Secure 85.92% Support

Southeast Asia Properties & Finance Limited (SE Asia PPT) reported complete passage of all seven ordinary resolutions at its Annual General Meeting held on 21 August 2026.

The company confirmed that 225.42 million shares were eligible to vote. Union Registrars Limited acted as scrutineer.

1. Financials and Dividend • Shareholders unanimously (100.00%, 119.86 million votes) approved the audited consolidated financial statements for FY 2025/26 and endorsed a final dividend for the year.

2. Board Composition and Remuneration • The re-election of Executive Director Mr. Nelson Junior Chua, Non-Executive Director Mr. Chan Man Hon Eric, and Independent Non-Executive Directors Mr. Chan Siu Ting and Dr. Luk Siu Chuen each received 100.00% support. • The board was also authorised to fix directors’ remuneration with the same unanimous backing.

3. Auditor Re-appointment • Grant Thornton Hong Kong Limited was re-appointed as auditor with 100.00% approval.

4. General Mandates • The mandate to issue, allot or deal with up to 20% of issued shares (excluding treasury shares) gained 85.92% support (102.98 million votes for, 16.88 million against). • The mandate to repurchase up to 10% of issued shares achieved identical voting ratios. • An extension mandate—allowing the issued-share mandate to be increased by any shares repurchased—was also carried with 85.92% support.

All directors attended the meeting in person or electronically, and each resolution exceeded the 50% threshold required for adoption.
