NISSIN FOODS (01475) has announced a series of changes to its board of directors and committee memberships, effective from July 1, 2026.

Professor Yukie Nakano will step down from her roles as an independent non-executive director and as a member of the audit committee, remuneration committee, and nomination committee.

Mr. Simon Nicholas Walton will be appointed as an Independent Non-executive Director.

Professor Toshiaki Sakai will be appointed as a member of the Remuneration Committee.

Professor Keiko Ito will be appointed as a member of both the Audit Committee and the Nomination Committee.
