Valuemax Group Limited announced the pricing of 80 million Singapore dollars 4.00% notes due 2029 under its 300 million Singapore dollars multicurrency medium-term note programme on Jun, 30 2026.

The notes will be issued at 100% of par in denominations of 250,000 Singapore dollars and are expected to be issued on or about Jul, 10 2026. They carry a fixed coupon of 4.00% per annum, payable semi-annually, and will mature on Jul, 10 2029.

Net proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, including refinancing existing borrowings, financing investments and acquisitions, and meeting working-capital and capital-expenditure needs. Approximately 21.56% of the notes have been allocated to interested persons as defined by the Listing Manual of the Singapore Exchange.

Valuemax intends to seek approval to list the notes on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited, with trading expected to commence on Jul, 13 2026.
