Prosperity Group International Limited (PROSP GP INTL) has released its 2025/2026 Interim Report in both English and Chinese. The document can now be accessed on the company’s website (https://prosperityhc.com) and on the HKEX news platform (www.hkexnews.hk).

Non-registered shareholders who have previously elected to receive printed corporate communications will find hard copies enclosed with the notification letter dated 23 March 2026. Those who did not request hard copies may obtain them free of charge by writing to the company’s Hong Kong share registrar, Union Registrars Limited, at Suites 3301-04, 33/F, Two Chinachem Exchange Square, 338 King’s Road, North Point, Hong Kong, or by emailing 1421-corpcomm@unionregistrars.com.hk.

Shareholders preferring electronic delivery should provide a functional email address to their bank, broker, custodian, nominee or HKSCC Nominees Limited. Until a valid email address is supplied through these intermediaries, electronic notifications will not be sent.
