China Water Industry Group Limited announced that the High Court of Hong Kong has adjourned the hearing of the winding-up petition against the company to 29 April 2026, following a joint application by consent summons. No winding-up order has been granted as of 24 March 2026.

The company stated it remains in amicable negotiations with the petitioner regarding the outstanding sum and is actively engaging with supporting creditors to formulate a settlement plan. Management intends to maintain transparent communication with all creditors and aims to secure a withdrawal of the petition at the earliest opportunity.
