UltraGreen.ai Limited announced the grant of 7.52 million share options under the company’s Share Option Scheme on Jul, 3 2026.

The options carry an exercise price of US$1.04 per share, compared with the company’s last traded price of US$1.22 on Jul, 2 2026. No options were granted to directors, controlling shareholders or their associates.

The options will be exercisable from the second anniversary of the grant date and will remain valid for ten years.
