BIODLINK-B has announced a change in its corporate secretarial team. Mr. Chen Yifan, the company's joint company secretary, has resigned from his position, effective June 26, 2026.

To succeed Mr. Chen, Ms. Fang Yuan has been appointed as a joint company secretary of the company, also effective from June 26, 2026. This appointment is subject to certain conditions, including the requirement that the company's other current joint company secretary, Mr. Lu Yingyi, will remain in his role for a period of three years from the effective date of Ms. Fang's appointment.
