The company reported robust financial performance for the fiscal year, with revenue reaching USD 1,661.1 million, gross profit of USD 695.7 million, and income from operations of USD 494.621 million. The strong earnings were complemented by a pretax profit of USD 483.679 million.
In a significant move for shareholders, First Resources revised its dividend policy to distribute up to 60% of its underlying net profit going forward. The company also proposed a final cash dividend of 10.20 Singapore cents per share, signaling a commitment to returning capital to investors.
