Multi-Chem Limited told shareholders that all seven resolutions tabled at its Annual General Meeting on Apr, 27 2026 were passed by poll.

Resolutions adopted included: • Receipt and adoption of the Directors’ Statement and audited financial statements for the year ended Dec, 31 2025 (100% votes in favour). • Re-election of Executive Director Foo Fang Yong and Independent Director Chan Wan Hong (each with 100% approval). • Declaration of a final tax-exempt dividend of 0.20 Singapore dollars per ordinary share, payable on May, 22 2026 to shareholders on record as at 17:00 hours on May, 12 2026 (100% approval). • Approval of directors’ fees of 0.295 million Singapore dollars for FY2025 (100% approval). • Re-appointment of BDO LLP as external auditor with authority for directors to fix remuneration (100% approval). • Mandate authorising directors to issue shares up to 50% of issued capital, with a 20% limit for non-pro-rata issues (99.97% approval).

During the meeting, management noted that FY2025 group revenue declined 4.4% to 653.9 million Singapore dollars from 683.7 million Singapore dollars in FY2024, citing macroeconomic uncertainty and U.S. trade policies. Despite the lower topline, the board said the company’s strong cash position supported the 20-cent dividend payout.

The board also reaffirmed its commitment to maintaining the company’s Singapore listing, citing benefits such as transparency and vendor confidence, and said it would continue to focus on expanding its information-technology security distribution business while monitoring expenses.
