NAMESON HLDGS (01982) announced that Mr. Li Baosheng has resigned as an executive director to devote more time to other personal commitments, effective January 1, 2026. Ms. Guo Fenfen has been appointed as an executive director, effective from the same date.

Following the change in executive directors, Mr. Li will no longer serve as a member of the executive committee, effective January 1, 2026. Ms. Guo has been appointed as a member of the executive committee, also effective from January 1, 2026.
