Keppel Pacific Oak US REIT to Rebrand as KORE US REIT in Feb 2026

Keppel Pacific Oak US REIT (CMOU) announced on Feb, 03 2026 that it will change its name to “KORE US REIT” with effect from Feb, 05 2026, following approval from its trustee, Perpetual (Asia) Limited.

The REIT’s manager will concurrently be renamed “KORE US REIT Management Pte. Ltd.” on the same date.

In line with the rebranding, the security name will become “KORE US REIT” and the counter name will change to “KOREReitUSD.” The SGX counter code will remain unchanged at CMOU. A new logo will also be adopted.

Management said the new identity is intended to better reflect the trust’s future operations and marks a fresh chapter as it completes its recapitalisation plan and prepares to resume distributions ahead of schedule.
