Paramount announced on Tuesday that it has revised its all-cash acquisition offer of $30 per share for Warner Bros. Discovery, adding a 25-cent per share extension fee for each quarter if the deal remains incomplete after December 31, 2026. This fee amounts to approximately $650 million in cash value per quarter. Paramount also stated that if the transaction fails, it will fund the $2.8 billion termination fee that Warner Bros. Discovery owes to Netflix.
