Genting Singapore (G13) will close its Register of Members and Register of Share Transfers from 5:00 p.m. on Aug, 28 2026 until 5:00 p.m. on Aug, 31 2026 to determine shareholders’ entitlements to a one-tier tax exempt interim dividend.

The company has declared an interim dividend of 2 Singapore cents per ordinary share for the financial year ending Dec, 31 2026.

Shareholders whose securities accounts with The Central Depository are credited with shares as at 5:00 p.m. on Aug, 28 2026 will be eligible for the payout.

The dividend is scheduled to be paid on Sep, 22 2026.
