C AUTO INT DECO (00048) announced that the company proposes to issue 263 million rights shares on the basis of 3 rights shares for every 2 existing shares held on the record date, at a subscription price of HK$0.13 per rights share (assuming no change in the number of issued shares on or before the record date), to raise gross proceeds of up to approximately HK$34.1 million. The rights issue will only be available to eligible shareholders and will not be offered to ineligible shareholders. The net proceeds from the rights issue (after deducting all necessary costs and expenses) are estimated to be approximately HK$32 million (assuming no change in the number of issued shares on or before the record date).
