Ten Pao Announces Release of Circular on 2026 Interim Scrip Dividend Scheme

Bulletin Express
10/14

Ten Pao Group Holdings Limited issued a shareholder notice on 15 October 2026 confirming that its circular entitled “Scrip Dividend Scheme in relation to the Interim Dividend for the six months ended 30 June 2026” is now available online. The document can be accessed in both English and Chinese on the company website (www.tenpao.com) and on HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk). Printed copies are enclosed only for shareholders who previously elected hard-copy delivery.

The circular outlines the mechanics of the scrip dividend option tied to the interim distribution for 1H 2026. Shareholders may choose to receive the dividend in newly issued shares instead of cash, with detailed terms set out in the published circular.

Ten Pao emphasizes a digital-first approach to future corporate communications and urges registered shareholders to provide a valid email address. Without a functional email on record, investors will continue to receive hard-copy notices until 31 December 2027 or until an email address is supplied.

To switch to printed materials or to update contact details, investors must complete and return the attached reply form to Tricor Investor Services Limited, 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong. Requests can also be submitted by email to 1979-ecom@vistra.com. All printed materials are provided free of charge.

Enquiries may be directed to Tricor’s hotline at +852 2980 1333, Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. Hong Kong time.

The notice is issued by order of the Board and signed by Chairman and CEO Hung Kwong Yee.
