Keep Inc. (HKEX: 03650) disclosed a further buy-back of 200,000 ordinary shares on 9 April 2026 via on-market transactions at prices ranging between HKD 2.93 and HKD 2.98, for a total consideration of HKD 0.59 million.

The newly repurchased shares, earmarked for cancellation, represent 0.04 % of the company’s 509.98 million issued shares (excluding treasury shares) as at 8 April 2026. No new shares were issued, keeping the total outstanding share count stable at 509.98 million, with 300,000 shares held in treasury.

Ongoing buy-back activity • From 6 January to 9 April 2026, 2.72 million shares (about 0.53 % of issued capital) were repurchased but had not yet been cancelled as of the latest reporting date. • Under the mandate approved on 25 June 2025, Keep Inc. is authorised to repurchase up to 51.44 million shares; 3.67 million shares (0.71 % of issued capital at mandate date) have been bought back to date. • Following the 9 April transaction, the company is restricted from issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 9 May 2026, in accordance with Hong Kong Listing Rules.

All repurchases were conducted in compliance with Main Board Rule 10.06, and the board has confirmed receipt of all funds and adherence to relevant regulatory requirements.
