Sino-Ocean Group Holding Limited recorded an increase in its total number of issued shares for November 2025. The figure rose from 11,808,217,267 shares at the end of October to 11,809,679,978 shares at the end of November, representing a net increase of 1,462,711 shares. No treasury shares were issued or cancelled during this period.

No new shares were issued through the share option scheme. The movements in issued shares mainly resulted from the partial conversions of certain classes of zero-coupon mandatory convertible bonds. Class B and Class C bonds contributed to the net increase in issued shares, while Class A and Class D bonds remained unchanged during the month.
