China Travel International Investment Hong Kong Limited (308) has released a proxy form for an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) scheduled on Friday, 14 November 2025, at 2:30 p.m. The meeting will be held at Forum Wing, C/Floor, Metropark Hotel Mongkok, 22 Lai Chi Kok Road, Kowloon, Hong Kong. Shareholders registered under the company’s share registrar are entitled to appoint a proxy, whether the Chairman or another individual, to represent them at the EGM. According to the proxy document, the proxy form must be completed, signed, and deposited at the company’s specified share registrar address at least 48 hours before the appointed time.

The meeting will vote on one special resolution and two ordinary resolutions: the Proposed Capital Reduction, the Proposed Distribution, and the Possible Transaction. Shareholders who intend to vote on these matters can cast their votes by indicating “For” or “Against” on the proxy form for each resolution. Any joint registered shareholders who attend in person or by proxy will have their most senior member’s vote counted if multiple holders are present.

The proxy form clarifies that completion and delivery do not affect a shareholder’s right to attend and vote in person. In such cases, the delivered proxy form is considered revoked.
