NANHUA FUTURES (02691) has announced the issuance of 48.45 million capitalisation shares.

According to a company statement released on August 10, 2026, the shares were issued as part of a capitalisation exercise based on the 2025 annual profit distribution plan and the capital reserve conversion to share capital plan, which were approved via a special resolution on June 15, 2026.

The capitalisation was executed on the basis of issuing 4.50 new shares for every 10 existing shares held by shareholders.
