YAU LEE HOLD (00406) announced its interim results for the six months ended September 30, 2025. The company recorded revenue of approximately HK$5.684 billion, representing a 28.21% year-on-year increase. Profit attributable to equity holders rose by 59.22% to HK$39.198 million, with earnings per share of about 8.95 HK cents.

The group attributed its significant revenue growth across all major segments to record-high contract values. Core business expansion drove a 28% revenue increase to HK$5.684 billion in the first half. The construction segment delivered strong performance with revenue reaching HK$4.203 billion, up 23% YoY. The mechanical and electrical installation division posted encouraging results, growing 40% to HK$1.319 billion. Additionally, the building materials supply segment saw a 49% surge in revenue to HK$647 million.

Backed by a robust order book, the company expects to maintain high revenue levels over the next two years.
