IHH Healthcare Berhad announced that substantial shareholder Mrs Hatice Seher Aydinlar disposed of 5.00 million ordinary shares on Jan, 27 2026. The transaction was executed on the open market through Citigroup Nominees (Asing) Sdn Bhd, UBS Switzerland AG for SZA Gayrimenkul Yatirim Insaat ve Ticaret Anonim Sirketi.

After the sale, Aydinlar holds 7.00 million shares directly, equivalent to 0.079 % of the company’s issued share capital, and 500.22 million shares indirectly, or 5.661 %. Her total interest now amounts to 507.22 million shares.
