AIDIGONG (00286) announced that Wong Wing Cheung (Mr. Wong) has resigned from his roles as (i) the company secretary of the company and (ii) the authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rules, effective December 19, 2025.

From December 19, 2025, Tam Mei Chu (Ms. Tam) has been appointed as the company secretary and authorized representative under Rule 3.28 of the Listing Rules.
