AMEC has announced it will host a new product launch event during the 14th Semiconductor Equipment, Materials, and Core Components Exhibition (CSEAC 2026) on August 24. The company plans to introduce several high-end tools, including advanced etchers, thin-film deposition systems, and MOCVD equipment.

The upcoming releases span multiple critical areas of precision microfabrication for integrated circuits. Etching equipment serves as the core machinery for nanoscale pattern transfer in chip production, while thin-film deposition systems are used to build conductive or insulating layers on wafers. MOCVD systems are essential for growing compound semiconductor epitaxial layers such as gallium nitride and gallium arsenide, widely applied in power devices, RF chips, and optoelectronics.

According to the disclosed details, the new products are expected to deliver significant improvements in process precision, production efficiency, and localization adaptation. The etching tools are positioned to meet stringent manufacturing demands for advanced logic and memory chips. The thin-film deposition systems aim to broaden their application scope in advanced packaging and 3D integration, while the MOCVD equipment is being upgraded to address the rapidly expanding compound semiconductor market.

This series of launches will further enrich AMEC's product portfolio across integrated circuits and compound semiconductors. At the event, the company will showcase multiple core products and innovative solutions, and engage with customers and partners in discussions about the technical characteristics and application prospects of these new offerings.
