CHIHO ENV (00976) has announced that Ms. Xu Jiayuan has resigned from her position as the company secretary, effective May 28, 2026. Concurrently, she will cease to serve as the company's authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited and as the authorized representative for accepting legal documents or notices in Hong Kong under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong).

Following Ms. Xu's resignation, the board of directors is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Yin Junye as the company secretary and authorized representative, effective from the same date, May 28, 2026. Mr. Yin meets the qualification requirements for the company secretary position as stipulated under Rule 3.28 of the Listing Rules.
