GRC Limited secures 273 million Singapore dollars LTA infrastructure contract

GRC Limited announced on Oct, 08 2025 that its wholly owned unit, CES_SDC Pte. Ltd., together with joint-venture partner Chan & Chan Engineering Pte. Ltd., has won a contract worth about 273 million Singapore dollars from Singapore’s Land Transport Authority.

The project covers the design and construction of road and commuter infrastructure at multiple locations across the city-state. Work is scheduled to begin in Oct, 2025 and is expected to run for roughly 48 months.

According to the company, the contract will contribute positively to net tangible assets and earnings per share for the financial year ending Jun, 30 2026. GRC Limited added that no directors or substantial shareholders have any interest in the deal beyond their existing stakes in the firm.
