CiDi Inc. released its Monthly Return for July 2026, confirming that both registered and issued share capital remained unchanged during the period, with no new share issues, cancellations, or treasury-share movements.

At month-end, the company’s registered capital stood at 437.89 million shares—comprising 424.44 million H shares and 13.45 million domestic shares—each with a par value of RMB 0.10, translating into total registered capital of RMB 43.79 million.

The board confirmed that the H-share public float comfortably met the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s minimum requirement of 15 % of the class’s issued share capital as of 31 July 2026.

Regarding employee incentives, 93.41 million options (convertible into 43.05 million H shares) granted under the Share Incentive Scheme approved on 23 September 2024 remained outstanding. No options were exercised, no shares were issued, and no proceeds were raised in the month.

CiDi reported no outstanding warrants, convertible securities, or other equity arrangements, underscoring a period of capital stability. The monthly return was filed on 6 August 2026 and signed by Executive Director Albert S. Hu.
