A METAVERSE (01616) announced that the High Court of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region ("High Court") issued an order ("Provisional Winding-up Order") on September 16, 2025, appointing Li Songya and Deng Deyang, both from Kroll (HK) Limited, as provisional liquidators of the company ("Provisional Liquidators"), with authority to act jointly and severally in their capacity.
