Sany Heavy Equipment International Holdings Company Limited (SANY INT'L, stock code 00631) has announced plans to convene an investor conference on Wednesday, 1 April 2026, at 10:00 a.m. (Beijing time) to discuss its audited financial results for the fiscal year ended 31 December 2025.

The hybrid event will be held on-site in Meeting Room 1, Office Building 1, Sany Industry Town, No. 1 Sany Road, Changsha County, Changsha, Hunan Province, and simultaneously broadcast via Tencent Meeting (Meeting ID: 456-188-534).

According to the board announcement dated 17 March 2026, the session aims to provide shareholders, potential investors and other market participants with a clearer understanding of the Group’s operational performance and strategic outlook following release of the FY 2025 audited results.

The board currently comprises three executive directors (Zhou Fugui, Liang Zaizhong and Fu Weizhong), two non-executive directors (Tang Xiuguo and Xiang Wenbo) and four independent non-executive directors (Poon Chiu Kwok, Hu Jiquan, Yang Shuyong and Zhou Lan). Chairman Zhou Fugui issued the notice on behalf of the board.
