According to a report, Beijing's digital economy value-added grew at a rate of 7.8% in the first half of the year, with the core digital economy industries expanding by 9.8%, significantly contributing to the city's GDP growth.

In the latter half of the year, Beijing will advance the application of artificial intelligence across all sectors, promoting the use of technologies like intelligent translation and simultaneous interpretation in cultural tourism and consumption.

The city's economic and information technology bureau will focus on key annual tasks for building a leading digital economy city, thoroughly implementing the "AI+" action plan to fully unleash new momentum in the intelligent economy.

Policies for the token economy will be formulated, with a focus on key areas such as token production, distribution, and application. Plans include establishing token factories and token distribution platforms to drive innovative applications in critical sectors like industry, education, and cultural tourism.

A dedicated "Win the Future" OPC roadshow event will be held to stimulate the application and creative potential of super-individuals in artificial intelligence.

High-quality AIGC training courses tailored for OPC will be developed to unlock the value of AIGC technology.

Leveraging the Open-Source Chip Research Institute and the Beijing Tongming Lake Information Technology Application Innovation Center, an open-source ecosystem for "RISC-V + AI OS" will be established. This initiative aims to build a fully independent technological stack, ranging from chip instruction sets and operating systems to intelligent agent applications.
