Powermatic Data Systems Limited announced the immediate appointment of Mr. Teo Thiam Chye Eric as a Non-Executive Independent Director and member of its Audit and Risk Management, Nominating and Remuneration Committees. The Board considers Mr. Teo independent under SGX Listing Manual Rule 704(8).

The company also confirmed the re-appointment of Dr. Chen Mun as Chief Executive Officer. Following these changes, the Board comprises Dr. Chen Mun (Chairman and CEO), Ang Bee Yan, Tan Chao Hsiung David, Cham Tao Soon, Tang Wai Loong Kenneth, Teo Eng Hock and Teo Thiam Chye Eric.

Committee leadership and membership remain led by Cham Tao Soon (Audit and Risk Management Committee Chair and Remuneration Committee Chair) and Tang Wai Loong Kenneth (Nominating Committee Chair), with Mr. Teo joining each committee as a member.

The changes took effect on Nov, 11 2025.
