Dynamic Holdings Limited notified registered shareholders on 28 October 2026 that the English and Chinese versions of its FY2025-2026 Annual Report, Circular and Proxy Form, together with the FY2025-2026 Environmental, Social and Governance Report, are now accessible on both the company’s website (www.dynamic.hk) and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange website (www.hkexnews.hk).

The board urges shareholders to consult these materials online but confirms that hard-copy documents have been enclosed for investors who previously elected to receive printed communications. Shareholders who encounter difficulties with email notifications or website access can request printed copies free of charge by completing and returning the enclosed Change Request Form to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or by emailing 29-ecom@vistra.com.

Shareholders are responsible for providing a functional email address. Those who have not yet supplied or who need to update their email details are advised to do so via the same Change Request Form. Until a valid email address is on file, Dynamic Holdings will dispatch notices of publication and any actionable corporate communications in printed form.
