Meituan announced on 24 April 2026 that the English and Chinese versions of its 2025 Annual Report and 2025 Environmental, Social and Governance Report have been uploaded to the company website (about.meituan.com) and the HKEX website (hkexnews.hk).

Non-registered shareholders experiencing difficulties in accessing the online documents may obtain printed versions free of charge by emailing meituan.ecom@computershare.com.hk or by writing to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong. The request should state the shareholder’s name, address and the desired documents.

Shareholders who prefer to receive future corporate-communication notifications by email should provide an email address to their bank, broker, custodian, nominee or HKSCC Nominees Limited. Those wishing to continue receiving hard-copy communications can indicate their preference on the enclosed reply form and return it using the pre-paid mailing label.
