CALC (01848) has announced that a wholly-owned special purpose entity subsidiary of the company, acting as the seller, entered into a purchase agreement with Sojitz Corporation, an independent third party acting as the buyer, on October 2, 2026 (after trading hours) for the sale of one Airbus A321-271NX aircraft.

The disposal is expected to be completed on or before December 31, 2026.
