WEILI HOLDINGS (02372) announced that PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) has resigned as the company's auditor, effective September 3, 2025, due to the inability of the company and PwC to reach consensus on audit fees for the group's consolidated financial statements for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025.

Following consideration of the audit committee's recommendation, the board of directors has resolved to approve the appointment of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu as the company's new auditor to fill the interim vacancy arising from PwC's resignation, effective September 3, 2025, and serving until the conclusion of the company's next annual general meeting.
