China Aviation Oil (Singapore) Corporation Ltd announced on Jan, 08 2026 that it has been notified by its controlling shareholder, China National Aviation Fuel Group Limited (CNAF), of a planned corporate restructuring with China Petrochemical Corporation approved by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council of the People’s Republic of China.

The restructuring is still subject to additional regulatory clearances and filing procedures.

CNAF currently owns 51.31% of the issued shares of China Aviation Oil, excluding treasury shares.

The company said the restructuring is not expected to have any material impact on its normal business operations and it will provide further updates as necessary. Investors were cautioned that the plan may change and involves inherent uncertainties.
